After talking to about 8-10 users, it was obvious that users wanted certain delivery features to help them plan their day better with Fraazo.
Some things that lacked
Users didn't know when their order was out for delivery
Missed on receiving deliveries cause the user wasn't at home
I conducted a survey. Some Qs I asked:
What was your age and gender?
Where was their primary grocery shopping done from?
What time did they typically shop?

Majority of the users were females between the age of 30 - 45 years and they did their shopping at their local hawker. Fraazo was used by them casually instead of it being the go to app for fruits and vegetables.
Wireframes
After the wireframe pitch, business made up their mind that Fraazo needs to be the go to app for these working class female customers and the freedom needs to be given to them to choose their own timings for delivery.
